Join the TBBA for a celebration of Halloween and our thriving community! Harbor Church will be providing carnival games and candy for the whole family in partnership with area businesses. Trick or Treating up and down Tennyson Street at participating businesses. Fall festival will be held at Cesar Chavez Park (on Tennyson between 41st and 42nd).
Bring you ghouls, goblins, witches and ghosts for a great day of trick or treating and an all around fun event.
