Dress as your favorite Frozen character for this super special afternoon with Second Star’s very own princess, Princess Starla! Each kiddo who attends the party will enjoy a Frozen-themed treat, create a Frozen-themed craft, and partake in a Storytime and sing-along to the theme of… you guess it… Frozen!
