Love the aroma of freshly brewed coffee? Indulge your sensory palate–while learning the basic techniques of coffee cupping. With practice you will learn to recognize and describe differences between fragrance, flavor, body and balance of coffee varieties.
In this session we will be tasting several coffees from the Allegro Coffee Roasters lineup, including two new limited-edition coffees – Costa Rica Sumava de Lourdes and Galapagos La Tortuga.
