Join us for the 2018 Denver Food Truck Symposium!
The symposium offers food trucks and carts the unique experience of being able to communicate directly with the agencies that regulate them and network with peers on best practices of the industry. This is an all day event with presentations, vendor booths, a food safety course and time to mingle with attendees, City and County of Denver agencies, and other local health jurisdictions.
Presentations will include:
Q&A with a veteran food truck owner
Denver Fire Department regulation update
Panel discussion with city agencies
Food Safety Course
New cell phone app for food trucks
Foodborne illness outbreak presentation
Wastewater educational session
A boxed lunch is included in the cost to attend the symposium.
Both existing businesses and people interested in joining the industry are encouraged to attend! Parking is free and available in the venue lot and surrounding neighborhood.
