This is an all day event with presentations\, vendor booths\, a food safety course and time to mingle with attendees\, City and County of Denver agencies\, and other local health jurisdictions. \nPresentations will include: \nQ&A with a veteran food truck owner\nDenver Fire Department regulation update\nPanel discussion with city agencies\nFood Safety Course\nNew cell phone app for food trucks\nFoodborne illness outbreak presentation\nWastewater educational session\nA boxed lunch is included in the cost to attend the symposium. \nBoth existing businesses and people interested in joining the industry are encouraged to attend!
