Susan shares tips on molding the clay of our fingers\, palms\, wrists\, and forearms as a pathway t relieving and releasing elbow\, shoulder\, and neck tension. \nFeet:\nWalking the Bowspring walk takes time an patience to develop a new way of moving through space.
